Principal and founder of Value Generation Partners, Kelli is a business development professional, specializing in consultative sales, process improvement, and leadership development. Her diverse background includes holding various leadership positions – in a nonprofit organization, a public higher education institution, and an entrepreneurial boutique leadership development consulting firm, which afforded her the opportunity to do what she loves – build long-term professional relationships and resolve organizational challenges. As a Value Generation Partner, Kelli is a workshop facilitator and client relations professional.

Rod Baxter

Principal of Value Generation Partners, Rod Baxter is author of Operational Excellence Handbook and the SUCCESS Series of handbooks. In his career, he has led operational excellence, transformation, and value generation journeys with small to Fortune 500 global companies – representing service, health care, manufacturing, and higher education. Through these experiences, he traveled the globe, facilitating improvement initiatives with colleagues and teams in Europe, Asia, Middle East, and the Americas. As a Value Generation Partner, Rod is a workshop facilitator and content specialist.
